One dispatch desk, two states
From Perdido to PCB, plus the Alabama coast.
Our Florida and south Alabama dispatch runs out of Pensacola, in the heart of Escambia County. From there our crews cover the four-county Florida Panhandle coastal corridor (Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Bay), plus a regular run across the state line into Mobile and Baldwin counties in Alabama. The geography matters: salt-air corrosion within five miles of the Gulf changes which finishes we spec; HOA paperwork on the Holiday Isle high-rises and the Bay Point estates changes which engineering letters we draft; the I-10 commute makes Pensacola the natural hub.
The lists below show every city where we have a dedicated location page, plus neighboring towns we measure in regularly even without a custom page yet. If your town is not listed, call us anyway. We have shipped finished orders to the Bahamas and across the country for relocated customers; an unfamiliar zip code is rarely a reason we say no.

How we plan the week on the coast.
Escambia County (Pensacola core)
East Hill, North Hill, Downtown, Cordova, Scenic Heights, Perdido Key. The home corridor of the dispatch. Acadian Creole cottages in North Hill, Bayfront Tudors along Scenic, 1920s Florida Cracker homes in East Hill. Same-week measures during normal demand.
Santa Rosa County (Pace, Gulf Breeze, Navarre)
Pace and Pea Ridge inland, Gulf Breeze and Tiger Point on the peninsula, Navarre and Holley by the Sea east toward Okaloosa. Plantation shutters, vertical blinds for sliding doors on bay homes, and a steady book of new-construction in Stonebrook and similar.
Okaloosa County (Fort Walton, Destin, Niceville)
Fort Walton Beach (Cinco Bayou, Ocean City), Destin, Niceville (Bluewater Bay, Rocky Bayou), Crestview. The high-rise condo corridor along Scenic 98 (Silver Shells, Emerald Towers, Sterling Shores) is steady motorized roller work.
Walton County (30A corridor)
30A end to end — Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, WaterSound, Seaside, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain, Santa Rosa Beach, Dune Allen — plus Sandestin and Miramar Beach. Beach-cottage plantation shutters, motorized rollers for full-glass gulf-front walls, and salt-air-rated hardware on every install.
Bay County (Panama City Beach)
Panama City Beach, Bay Point, Wild Heron, Carillon Beach, Pier Park area. Mid-century beach motel reuse and raised dune-front custom builds dominate. The travel time stretches the schedule, so PCB jobs usually batch into a half-week visit.
Coastal Alabama
Mobile (Spring Hill, Midtown, Old Dauphin Way, West Mobile), Daphne, Spanish Fort, Fairhope (Fruit & Nut District, Battles Wharf, Point Clear), Gulf Shores (Fort Morgan, West Beach), Foley. Mobile is a one-day-each-week run; the Eastern Shore (Fairhope, Daphne) is steady high-end Craftsman work.
Across the line: NW Florida inland
Crestview, DeFuniak Springs, Chipley. Less frequent but still on the rotation when the demand justifies the drive. Most inland jobs combine with a coastal stop the same day.
South Alabama Coast
Mobile, the Eastern Shore, and Gulf Shores.

Most of our coastal customers are within a 90-minute drive of Pensacola. A meaningful minority are not. Over the past 29 years we have shipped finished orders to the Bahamas (for a vacation rental that switched ownership), New Hampshire, Maine, California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. The reason is usually the same: a customer who knew us in one zip code moved to another and would not switch companies. Betty M. in Ocala kept calling our Pensacola desk even after she moved across the state.
If you are looking to ship, the call still starts the same way. We send a remote-measurement guide, you measure with our supervision over phone or video, and we ship the finished treatments with detailed install instructions or refer a local installer for the final step. Lead times add one to two weeks for shipping outside the Southeast.
