We will ask a short list of questions: which rooms, what timeline, whether you are on a barrier island, whether you have an HOA or a renovation deadline. We book the in-home visit on that first call.

Free consultation
We bring physical display samples: basswood shutters in 2.5 inch, 3.5 inch, and 4.5 inch widths; salt-air rated faux wood; woven wood textures; shade swatches. We measure every opening to the millimeter, twice. You get a written quote on the spot. No obligation. Free of charge.

Custom order
If you say yes, the order is activated the same day with your exact measurements and finish selections. Standard lead times are five to six days for blinds and 14 to 16 days for shades, five to six weeks for plantation shutters.

Professional install
Install day is just hours, the same day. Our crew arrives on time, installs every treatment, tests every operation, and removes the packaging. We hand you the paperwork with warranty labels as part of each product. Final payment is due on the day of installation.

What the warranty, the deposit, and the lead time actually mean.
50% deposit to activate
We ask for a 50% deposit to activate your order — not all up-front as big-box locations and many others require. The risk of a manufacturing delay or a measuring revision sits on us, not you. You see the finished product installed and operating before final payment changes hands.
Lifetime warranty available
Most plantation shutters and hardwood blind lines carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defect. Motors are typically 6 to 7 years depending on brand. Salt-air rated faux wood and exterior shade finishes carry their own multi-year coatings warranties. The labels on the product confirm your warranty on installation day.
Coastal-season planning
Spring is the sweet spot to consult and install before summer humidity and tourist-season schedules complicate access. We will give you a real, current lead-time number on the consult itself, not a brochure estimate. If a deadline is firm, say so on the first call and we will work backward from it.
What you do not have to do
You do not need to measure the windows. You do not need to drive to a showroom in Pensacola. You do not need to fight with your insurance carrier about whether your shutter system is Florida Product Approval rated. We measure, we order, we install, and provide the warranty, and we hand you the inspection paperwork.

How long does the in-home consultation take?
Plan for 45 to 90 minutes depending on the number of windows. A single room is usually under 30 minutes; a whole-house consultation with 15 to 25 openings runs closer to 90. We leave with a signed written quote.
How long until my treatments are installed?
Five to six days for blinds and 14 to 16 days for shades from order activation to install. Five to six weeks for plantation shutters. We book consultation slots six days a week.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes. Cash, check, credit, and debit. Deposit balances and order-activating deposit may be paid by different means.
