Caseta and RA3 hardware warranty
Caseta Smart Bridge and RA3 Smart Hub hardware carry 1 to 2 year warranties depending on the specific component. Pico remotes carry 1-year warranties on the electronics. The cloud service that powers app and voice control is free for the life of the product, with no subscription tier.
Coastal install considerations
Lutron Serena motor housings are not salt-rated. For coastal Panhandle installs we place the shade inside the window plane, away from direct salt-air infiltration, and recommend routine inspection of the motor housings every few years for any sign of corrosion. The remote and hub hardware sits well inside the home, away from coastal exposure entirely.

On top of the Lutron warranty, we add our own lifetime workmanship guarantee. For coastal installs that includes motor housing inspection at year 5, anchor service at year 10, and any adjustment needed if the trim settles or the shade goes out of plumb.
